Tuesdays Display Chain See It Do It

Well today is Display Chain I honestly didn't think I'd make it in time, but Hooray for me I did..smile...Hosted by Misi our theme this week is See It  ~ Do It   Something that you saw and did or created from that inspiration.I've always loved these pretty stenciled boxes. But I always got the brush to wet or rushed it and smeared them up..This one is from http://americanheritageshop.com/accessories.htm and I just loved it........
So it inspired me to try again.I took my time and let each layer dry completely. This is how it turned out....

I think it turned out nicely.I will try some more as time permits as they are quit pricey to buy.Now hop over to Misi's and visit the other links.Warm Blessings!~Amy

That is so beautiful Amy. I love the colors. My favorite actually. I have the hardest time with letting the paint dry between layers. I hate waiting. I usually end up getting the hair dryer out:) Good job for trying again and being patient. Maybe one day you can give us a nice tutorial. Thanks for sharing such a great post.
