Happy Sunday

Happy Sunday girls! Still cold here in PA but the sun is shining through the window.Do you ever feel like you just came out of a fog and everything is a new beginning? Well today I feel like that.Like the weight of the world has been lifted,like creating,trying new things and enjoying the simple pleasures. Just Joy! As some of you know with hubby dealing with the back issue and more results coming the end of the week.Our finaces in bad shape and worry about the house.Well it's been a little bit of a struggle some days to keep the faith but I did. Admitedly worry seeps in and puts you in that fog of just getting through the next challenge..So a short story the other day I was worried about paying yet another bill.I told hubby (he's not real religious) I've been praying that this will break and I know we've always been fine just sometimes God doesn't do it like we plan.He does it on his terms.Well let's just say god answered and it was just unbelievable.I can't give you all the details but occasionally all things come into alignment for a reason.Oh and sometimes you find a little treasure in the junk pile..smile...Today is sunday dinner at gradma's.Love spending time with her and family. Cold and blustery week here.Nice week to declutter some stuff.I did bring out my spring stuff yesterday but with the temps the bunnies and flowers just seem so far away.I don't mind winter.I enjoy every season ..I just wish it would make up it's mind what season it wants to be.Warm Blessings~Amy

 I know! I know! I'm supposed to say Happy Valentines! Yes you are all my sweeties..smile...So are you a peeker? Yep I definately am.I love to look in every nook and cranny and see all the little hidden treasures.Nope not looking at the dust bunnies or judging how tidy things are just appreciating the sweet little memento's tucked in forgotten corners.Friends houses,magazines,blog pictures,flea markets love to see that little what not I might have missed.Details long forgotten or sometimes remembered with a smile and a story to be told....Thought I'd share a few nooks and cranny peeks with you..Just tucked the mohair bear in above.I adore him but couldn't find the proper place when rearranging today.What do you think? Right Spot?   Below are inside the antique mercantile display cupboard...See the general turkey in the corner? He's a antique bisque german whistle...

 Tuck all my little favorites in here.Safely kept and preserved for the next generation...All of these things make me smile.Carefully collected over the years and unable to part with items...LOVE....
