A few of my weekend finds

Well the weekend was finally nice..After thursday's and friday's adventures hubby said we were staying home and relaxing saturday.Well no such luck for me I got up and tried real hard but it just didn't work. The sun was up and I was anxious to go.Of course I talked him into it.I agreed to only take $40 and no stopping for extra's no matter what.I did find some wonderful things but when we got to the saturday fleamarket after saling there was a man there with soooo many wonderful things I wanted, but I resisted.Did buy $5 worth from him but would have easily spent $200 if I wasn't broke..smile...Here a few of my finds. My camera batteries died so just a few goodies to show...My spongeware milk bowls that I had to go back for..I'll be selling this one...and keeping the other one...

Antique baby picture..Has her name on the back. The man I bought it from was 86 it was is sister...Who can resist? Not sure what I'll do with it..Probly sell it since I have several already..

Old Tin mold with acorn motifs leaning towards keeping...

Old advertising crock..I wanted to sell but hubby wants it...

Old scales selling...

Beautiful Victorian Celluloid dresser box full of french ivory implements..Selling on etsy as I don't want to take it out in the sun...

This hubby bought from a privet lady a few weeks ago It's a miniature size.He bought it to sell but I talked him into giving it to me...smile...

Old Berry carrier.Love this but need to find a place for it....

Sunday was nice so we were able to set up at fleamarket.I sold a ton of stuff very blessed. They also had the tractor show that day and church service down at the pavillion. So lots happening..We stayed a little later than we normally do and went home with a very light load...I didn't find much at the fleamarket but my girlfriend had beautiful high button baby shoes at her stand. Her son was watching so I didn't see her. They were a little more than I wanted to spend so next week I'm going to ask her to swap me something for them...I did buy a old french bulldog pinkeep for me and a few smalls for etsy..It was nice as so many friends were out and stopped to say Hi! Still waiting for you to stop by Dee..smile...One lady that owns a local shop had hubby drop something off for her so sent him with a small list for some swap fillers and the new simple life magazine...Just want to remind everyone the Seasons of Friendship swap sign up is closed.A few of you had questions so if I emailed you with approval your in just send me your info.I have another busy week ahead but will be taking a little me time in between.Hope you all have a wonderful week.I plan on being in the gardens alot planting, cleaning and weeding.Warm Blessings!~Amy

Amy,

Love the desk! I've picked up a few of those in my junking trips but have always repainted them to sell. I would love to come by and do plan to do so hopefully soon, but the weather has to cooperate a little more. The hubby does lawn service and is sooo far behind on his lawns from all last weeks rain. It's always a nice trip to the flea market for me...gets the creative juices flowing. Glad you had a beautiful day and made lots of sales.

Amy, I recently discovered that my berry carrier nicely holds a 9x13 baking dish, what a lovely tablescape that would be with lasagna or other 9x13 foodie! What a great weekend of shopping for you!

What wonderful goodies you got. I never get tired of looking.
Sorry I missed your swap ~ been a little busy around here so I'm a little behind in blogland.
Hopefully the next one.
Enjoy your week.
