Giveaway I won and a few Kitchen Pics

Just a short post today.I wanted to share some pics of the kitchen table area as a blog friend had requested some pics of my farm table. You can click on to enlarge.I think I got most of the dust bunnies.LoL..This area needs a little tweaking after the holidays as it's a little cluttered.I'm probly going to paint the table legs black when I get time as well.I also wanted to share the two giveaways I won.........

This dear santa I won today from Gollywobbles.I borrowed her pic as I won't get him till after christmas. She had a giveaway to try to help out Cherie who was in a terrible accident. Her link is posted on my sidebar. Here is the link to Gollywobbles blog for more info as well
http://gollywobbles.blogspot.com/2010/12/art-with-heart-santa-give-way.html It was such a generous way to help and pass the word for a person in need.He is too sweet.Thank You......I also won these valentines bowl fillers from Deana at old goat prims
http://oldgoatprims.blogspot.com/ I was second place so it was a surprise till they arrived today.. I don't have many valentine decorations so these are just perfect to take me into the next season. Thanks Deana! Stop on over and pay these gals a visit. They both have etsy shops as well....

Have a wonderful day! Warm Blessings!~Amy

You go girl! I am tickled you won! Love the table~ yep~ we were separated at birth, GUESS what I spied? LOL! We have the same ladder chairs! I have two of them, one is my make-do chair downstairs and the other one is in the garage right now! Got them years ago at a garage sale!
Have a good evening.

Your table is beautiful! I love that blue.. mine is the same color! So, naturally I would say keep the blue!! :) I thought about painting mine black because it would be more versatile, but I love my blue. I am sure your table will look pretty no matter. I love the way your chairs are all painted differently. Do you find the ladderbacks to be delicate? Mine are.. I am afraid to let anyone sit on them! But I love the way they look.
Congrats on the giveaways! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!
Prim Blessings,
Andy

Thank you for your help with the book promotion for my 42-year old friend Cherie Stannard who was in a life changing car crash in September of 2010, leaving her paralyzed from the neck down. I have know Cherie all my life and I am trying really hard to raise money for her and her family, since she has no health insurance. Currently Cherie is at the Shepherd Center for Spinal Cord Rehabilitation in Atlanta, GA. January 13 is her discharge date and she'll go home to live with her sister in Vero Beach, FL. Cherie's sister has to modify her home to fit an electric wheelchair and a paralyzed adult. 100% of proceeds from my art book go to her family. I'm thrilled at the generosity of strangers in my quest to help my dear lifelong friend.

Please visit www.cheriestannard.com for the book and other opportunities to donate.
