Our New Love Daisy and Weekend Find

Oh my such sweetness! Meet Daisy our new baby at Grandma's old farmhouse. Her momma died at birth so we have been bottle feeding her.She is about a month old now....
 Cute...Cute...Cute...LOVE!!!
It was just a beautiful sunday at grandma's old farmhouse.Warm sun shinning and cool breeze blowing while we sat under the shade trees and just chatted the afternoon away...Hubby tended our big garden we have planted at the farmhouse. All our seeds have popped and now we have three days of on and of rain so they will thrive.
Brianna  just loves Daisy she takes good care of her...
Wanted to share the wonderful find for the weekend...
Very rare 1800's slipper galvanized childrens tubs.I should have got a side view because they are really awesome. They are smaller than they look in the pic.I'm keeping the little one.The other is for Sale $100 plus shipping if you are interested email me.(They normally sell for $250+ if you can find them) I plan to list it when I get time but that may be a few weeks...Hubby and I have a clean out of a house hopefully this weekend.Excited to see what might be there maybe nothing but maybe a treasure you never know..Well girls I'm taking a PJ day today and enjoying the rain day.Got some shows to catch up on and the new Primitive Place and Country Sampler magazine to read.Stroganoff slow cooking in the oven for dinner.Warm Blessings!~Amy

Oh my gosh! LOVE the goat. Don't know if you read my blog post about mine a while back or not. They are the best pets. Ours brought us so many smiles and much laughter.
Those tubs are nice too. There is a small one at the Hen. Have a great week, Amy and thanks for the pictures.

What a darling baby! I keep asking hubby if I can have a pygmy goat and he says no. But I would love, love, love to have one--or more!
I have beef and noodles on my menu. Think I'll add nutmeg and sour cream and make it into stroganoff.
Glad your garden is opping up and getting plenty of rain.

Daisy and Brianna are beyond precious!! Daisy is the name of a Yorkie I loved and lost, was my old street name too. A very befitting name for a darling goat.

Oh my gosh Amy ~ Daisy is just adorable!!!
Your tub reminds me of when I was growing up there was a older lady that lived up on the hill from our house ~ she was very down to earth had no electricity, pumped her water from a well, etc... She had an old tub she would hall out into her kitchen and fill it up with water she had warming up on her stove. I just couldn't imagine. What will you being doing with your tub???
It was a beautiful weekend here too. We got our garden all planted too!!! Such a good feeling to have that done.
Hope you had a wonderful pj day!!!

Awww I've always wanted a Daisy but Hubby always brings me to reality when he asks where we would put an animal like that here lol. Love the tubs too. Too bad I don't have a bathroom big enough to put one of those in.

Amy,

That first pic of Daisy and Brianna needs to be sent into a magazine contest, it's beautiful. Wonderful photography and subjects.

I set my Prim Place on the counter after I had just wiped it down and the back cover came off. Wahhh! Haven't gotten to my CS yet and waiting for Merc. Gath. to come, love their crafts!

I got the garden in on Sunday, lots of gourds for fall!

Hope all is well!

Kendra

Daisy IS cute! I am glad you all are taking care of her!
I see that you are busy as well! I like your washtubs, they are nice!
Thanks for visiting me, I have been kind of busy with life in general, and it's just hard to find the balance. Worked outside some today, we had a nasty storm last night.
I like your blue cupboard, and I also hope that those people haven't moved in by you.
Take care!
Hugs,
Renee
