A little stir crazy!!

Ever get a little stir crazy? Mine normally only happens in the summer as I want to be out doing things and there is never enough time.Normally in the late fall and winter I'm perfectly content nesting at home.Yesterday I wanted to junk, yardsale or auction sooo badly! Well it's like 18 degrees and sunday and winter snow on the ground.I'm sure some nuts errr I mean die hards would have been at the fleamarket but no way do I think it is worth it(yes I've slipped around in the ice a few times to see) I find that anyone with good junk won't be out there.I know you can find lots of "goodies" on the internet but it's not the same as touching and looking and finding that forgotten treasure stuffed in amongst junk for pratically nothing. So I decided the antique mall it was...I didn't find much but it got me out and about...I did find the little egg basket in the last pic,it's smaller than most.I also bought and old ironstone bowl and pinkeep I'll share tomorrow.....So I've also been crafting alot since I'm in a few swaps but did manage to get something done for me to...Below is a solid blackened beeswax pineapple I made..I've wanted one for me for awhile and finally got it done.... I love old photos and have boxes of them.Love this one.Click on to zoom in and see all the prim goodies...I love getting glimspes of early america...
My little junking find..Any ideas what to use it for? not magazines I've got enough baskets of those.Maybe old mashers, dishtowels or vegi basket...

Just a reminder to sign up for my giveaway the link is at the top sidebar...just 4 more and I'll have my 150 followers.Hope you have a wonderful week! Warm Blessings!~Amy

great egg basket! I would fill it with rag balls or plastic eggs covered with fabric! I collect pestles--you know for grinding medication, pressing meat through the grinder, etc. They would look good in it also. Or rolling pins.... dish towels and aprons?

I love your pineapple - you did a great job! I have one of those egg baskets, but I use it for magazines - I like the towels in the bathroom idea though.

Hey sis!
I've been stir crazy for awhile now! Glad you were able to get out and do something fun!
I was also going to say I think the basket would make a great TP holder, or it would be cute with some of that dried grass inside with some florals.
I hope you will have a good evening.
Blessings,
Renee

Hey Amy,
How much would I have to begg for you to make me one of the pineapples!!! I would swap you something for one??? Pretty please.... and I'd use the basket for towels/cloths or fill with ragg balls, but the fur babbies might get the balls.
Let me know about the pineapple.
Love ya,
Jean
