Tuesdays Display Chain Patina

Well today is our last display chain for awhile.Always so fun when Misi host.Todays theme is Patina..I love aged patina's that can only come with time...
Such history here....
Someone's stand at market..Crackled Baby and pewter..
My Favorite Patina is old wood....

My weekend find..smile...It is huge!
Now hop on over to http://1890gablehousemusings.blogspot.com/2012/10/tuesday-display-chain-patinapatina.html and visit the other links....On another note I finally am going for blood work tomorrow..Hubby is more worried than me says he's afraid that they might find something.Me I'd rather know so I can get it taking care of unlike my dad who kept putting things off.If you could just say a prayer or send out some good vibes that everything comes back ok.Gotta tell you a funny story though I am scared to death of needles so yes I would have put it off awhile longer but my grandma called and said you're taking me for my bloodwork right I said yes, but I'm not going yet.She said I've already scheduled you too.So me and grandma are going together. She wants to help pay for it since I have never ask for anything and all the other grandkids got over the years.I told her she doesn't have to but she is pretty insistant on it so I might let her help.I am so Thankful to still be able to have her...Also wanted to remind the girls in the ornie swap you have a little less than 2 weeks to get your ornies out.The ones that came so far are wonderful.Warm Blessings!~Amy

Great captures of patina...but, oh - how did you possibly leave all that wonderful pewter there? ;o) Will be sending up some prayers for you - how sweet that g-ma scheduled for you and the two of you are going together. I go on Thursday for my "letting" - with meds and all, they keep me on a pretty short chain... I dread it more each and every year. :o( Smiles & Tuesday Hugs ~ Robin

great patina, but your real gift is your grandma....lucky girl. Prayers coming your way.

I think you should let grandma help pay, it will make her feel good to give. I pray your blood test results will show you are healthy. When I get a blood test I look away (you might want to). Nice patina photos.

Hi Dear Amy, I am sending you so many prayers tonight. I pray that everything will be all right and you will be okay. It is terrible to be sick or have a chronic condition. Lots of hugs and love to you, I will be thinking of you.

Hoping all comes back okay Amy. Maybe it's just nerves/IBS after all the dealings you went through with your dad. Keeping you and Tom in my prayers.

What pretty Patina Amy. I think wood makes the best too. What a neat cutting board. I hope that your testing goes ok. I have a real phobia of needles and will do anything to avoid or put it off. Just thinking about it makes my heart start to race. I am more scared of being pregnant because of all the needles, not because of labor. Ha ha. So, I feel for you. I am glad that you have some good support to go with you. What a wonderfu Grandmother. She loves you:) I hope the Dr.'s can find the culprit and it's not to hard to take care of. Praying for you. -Steph-
