So far so good

As you can see the dogs are all snuggled in for Sandy.Poor things I hate to have to make them go out in it..smile...We've only lost electric so far for a few minutes.Fingers crossed because there are over 3000 in our county without electric and they say if it goes out might be a week till they get it back.So far we are weathering the storm ok.Today still high winds, rain and they say snow.Alot of roads flooded and closed as well. Most of the local goverment offices are closed till at least wednesday.I was surprised the mail went.Poor mailman out walking all day in this just brutal weather.I certainly would have waited for my mail,I didn't even want to go to the mailbox sent hubby..smile....I will leave the blog sale up for today yet.I know a few emailed and said they were preping for the storm and wanted to look. There are 3 pages just go to the bottom and hit older post..Also girls in the ornie swap I understand if you are a few days behind with the storm,I would not go out in it either,so just make sure it's out by thursday..Hope all are safe and snug were you are.Warm Blessings!~Amy.

Hi Amy, don't make the poor little doggies go outside, I know they have to potty sometime, my dog is the same way. They know something is going on. So far we have electric, the wind and rain was terrible last night, stay safe, hugs, Lecia

Hope most of the storm bypassed you. I know what it is like to lose power from a hurricane, not fun. We were out 3 weeks one time. Hopefully never again! Stay warm, dry and safe.

So good to hear from you. I hope the storm subsides soon. Thinking of you. Stay safe!! (Just double checking, you received my payment :) )

Your postman is living up to the creed "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds"

Love the photo of the pups!!

You are in my prayers Amy. I imagine that the kitty is hiding somewhere...poor things, they don't understand, then again that may be a good thing.

Good luck,
Kendra

Awww, puppies! :( Poor babies! So for me, take away one dog and picture the other dog attached to my hip. Both of us with the same expression! :) I am glad that you are safe!

I hear ya with the mail. I went out a few times to check because our mailbox door likes to fly open. That is what I need. Our mail in the next county! Boy did I feel for the mailman! Yuck!!!

Well, keep up posted and be safe!!!!!

Blessings, Friend!

Glad you are safe. My dog hates the rain and snow, and I have to give him a nudge to go down the stairs and do his business, lol. I guess I don't blame him. I will be mailing out my ornie for the swap either tonight after work or tomorrow. Thank you!

Gald to know you are safe. We had high wind warnings last night and today. The power only went out once this morning for only a second or two. There was snow on the ground when we got up this morning. My heart goes out to all that was affected by this storm.
