Tuesday's display chain is back.Hosted by Misi http://1890gablehousemusings.blogspot.com/2012/09/tuesday-display-chain.html This week's theme A new appreciation..Well I can't say my "New Appreciation" is a prim one. With my life being so hectic lately I have to say I have a new appreciation for time.Yep seconds, minutes, hours any time I can get to enjoy life..Just little things like the prettiest sunflowers ever and remembering the seeds were from Robin the primitive hutch...
Time to pick the gourds that planted themselves and are cascading over the garden fence...
Ooohhhh the half hour to curl up with a magazine...
Time to enjoy the girls grow .They are getting big so fast...
Time to enjoy a spicy candle to welcome fall.......
A rainy PJ day like today with time to watch a movie and cuddle with my fat boy..smile...
Yes my new appreciation is time and remembering to just slow down and enjoy the little moments...Now hop on over to Misi's and join in the chain or just visit the other links,Warm Blessings!~Amy

Ah, yes, I totally agree! Stop and smell the roses . . . or at this time of the year the pumpkin pie!
Perfect time for your post!!!
I am taking my sister tomorrow for her eye surgery early in the morning. When I bring her home, she'll spend most of the day sleeping but I am staying with her just in case she needs something. In my mind I keep thinking, oh, I'll be missing a day of work, I could be doing this, doing that, and you know what, all that can WAIT!
Tomorrow I plan on relishing the day, spending it with my sister, be she asleep or awake. I am going to take a book with me and read or perhaps take a nap, whatever I am going to do, I'm getting off the rollercoaster for the day!!

Time is precious!!! Sometimes we fill it so full we don't have time to breathe. Thanks for reminding me that it's the little things that make our life happy. It's important to slow the clock. Have a happy day. -Steph-

Yes indeed time is precious, we should all light a fall candle (my favorite) and snuggle with our four legged friends. I am a new follower, found you via Tattered Chic/Marsha.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Amy, ahhh yes the appreciation of time and the little things in life. I learned that lesson too well after a health issue and almost not being here to enjoy those things. Very neat post, thanks!
