Hippity Hop

Well since Old Man Winter has forgotten to do his job this year I figured I might as well start spring early too...Now that it's decorated it'll probably cause a snow storm..LoL.. I keep expecting that winter is coming late but since we are almost to march I'm having doubts. Above the display on top of the old mercantile cabinet..The bunny below I purchased over the summer not real old but well made. The lady said she bought it from Germany with her..It has a putz sheep and wood bunny in his basket....
My roses still living from Valentines...
The shelf  I change for each season...The bunny in the blue coat I bought from Barefoot primitives to give as a gift but hubby loved him so I gave it to him....

Not much exciting this week. I was wrong about the real estate auction it's today.Hubby and I went and looked at it last night.  So many beautiful details but huge. All of the stained glass they remove would definitely come home to me.Part of the building has a attached tobacco store/lunch counter that has been closed for years but still has some of the old signs on the wall. The realtor said it will have to go fairly low though because it needs so much work.I'm still so hopeful he gets it so I can explore every nook while hubby works. It's 3 stories and a block deep.Stuff has been left behind over the years.Well girls today I need to pour some orders and a gift or two.Plus I need to finish sewing up my bunny make do.Then I want to read some magazines. There's a new one out called The olden days it has some good prims and is the premier issue.I'm on the fence as it has potential but needs a few tweaks. The early prim pictures are wonderful though.Warm Blessings!~Amy

I just Love bunnies!
We had some crazy weather here yesterday, cloudy, cold, rain, snow, rain/snow mix then snow. Today is breezy and the sun is shining. Go figure. Can't wait for Spring! Have a wonderful day, Amy!!

Loving the buns, but like you, I feel there is a snow storm left. I'm waiting a little longer.
OK, maybe it's laziness. There is so much spring cleaning that needs to be done!
Praying for this job. Hoping to see lots of great goodies coming home with you!!!!

HOLD OFF ON THE DANG BUNNIES ALREADY!! They're saying we're in for a doozy - 10-12" of snow on the weekend.....(Of course, it's only Wednesday, and that prediction could change a hundred times before then - but, they could up the inches too....) Seriously - love your bunnies....and Madalynne's sheep always makes me smile....Hoping the sale goes your hubby's boss's way....sounds like a project with tons of potential.....Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

You know what they say about March, if it comes in like a lion, it goes out like a lamb and also the other way around! We haven't had much cold this winter, either. It is supposed to be 70 degrees today and 76 tomorrow and cool back to the 50's. Ya never know what to wear!..lol...At least I don't need a snowsuit! You always have such cute decor.

Blessings~Karen

Love your bunnies and how you have them displayed!! I've been thinking about getting mine out. It really felt like Spring today...it is in the low 50's here, but I keep wondering if we are going to get a big snow storm before Spring really get here.

I love the bunnies, Amy, especially the Germany one. They are all so cute. 'Seems Winter forgot the South this year also, as we are under thunderstorm watches and warnings. Very unusual for Alabama in February.

I'm with you girl. I am packing up my snowmen which is very early for me. My daffodils are about to bloom out already, goodness!! You have some really cute bunnies!

Wow, that abandoned building sounds like a picker's paradise! You would be having too much fun in there alone, too bad I'm not close so I could keep you company, LOL! Praying your hubby gets it for the work, sounds like it would keep him busy for quite some time.

Have a terrific week~

So Amy, did he get the house?!
Lovin' the spring decor, I have been working on mine also...then last night we got several inches of snow (so much that the boys have a snow day today)! Jinx
Amy, what is the stitchery in the back ground of one of your pics, I can read the "and these things do please me..." part but what is the rest?
I like the new mag. but I do think that there will be some tweaking along the way. Great pics and some great ideas too.

Enjoy your day!
