I'm loving everything you're suggesting and visualizing...I definitely would vote for the little daybed/chaise in front of the window tho - like in the first photo &/or the 3rd. What a heavenly place to drift off with a soft breeze after a day of gardening or junking! Homedecorators.com has a nice selection of indoor/outdoor rugs (Plow and Hearth has a few too I believe)...Throw pillows - I've seen some from Elaine at Catspaw Primitives (Ebay Id: 6stringbluesman) - but I'm sure you know that already...Oh and some artist-done ones at Red Rooster Bed and Breakfast. Curtains...well....I'm still on the hunt for those myself! Good luck - can't wait to see where your dreams take you! Love feedsack pillows also, I haven't found where to get them. I like a place to be relaxing and calm, not a lot of fuss either. Can't wait to see what you come up with, I will just have to enjoy your porch. Still working on the outside of our house, should I say...still waiting to work on the outside of our house.8-) Too much other stuff going on for Hubby to have time. One of these days though.
I bet you could find some feedsacks at the fleamarkets you go to and pillows would be easy to make if you sew.
Have a great day dreaming of your porch.
Blessings,
LornaLorna/Live Oak Primitive Peddlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03381706981842094643noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2152445760250905472.post-39738493781236592872011-05-16T09:20:41.695-04:002011-05-16T09:20:41.695-04:00Amy~
